As a Project Manager for D Squared Projects, Dan is an effective communicator with an ability to develop strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, government personnel and contractors. His clients value the insight he brings to their projects, and the time and money saved by helping them to avoid the numerous development pitfalls.

With over 13 years of construction and development management experience under his belt, Dan set out to create D Squared Projects. The business objective was simple – provide first-class, professional and knowledgeable project management services to companies that don’t have the time, resources or know-how to self-perform.

Juan is a PMP Certified Project Manager with extensive experience managing a wide range of light industrial and commercial construction projects from initial planning stages to final acceptance. Having a mechanical engineering background, and decades of construction experience, his depth of knowledge and exceptional ability to lead and direct complex projects contributes greatly to the projects we manage for our customers.
